Persoanl checks are held for 10 business days to give the bank the chance to clear the check. Any check that is returned for any reason is automatically subjected to a fee of $25.00. Checks cannot be post-dated. Any check sent to us post-dated will be returned. If any check is returned, you are liable for any and all legal fees (including, court costs, attorneys fees, and collection agencies fees).
Placing An Order With Us
You must be at least the minumum legal age within your state of residence. We will not accept any orders from any individuals under the age of 18. By placing an order with us, you are hereby stating that you are of legal age within your state and that you are able to purchase, to hold onto, and/or to own the items legally.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns, as long as you follow these instructions. You must return the item(s) - UNUSED, in their original packaging, along with a COPY of your billing invoice form. All returns must besent via pre-paid. Insurance on the returned items is strictly up to you. We are not liable for any damaged or lost items sent to us. We highly recommend that you send all items with insurance and have a signature required upon delivery. All returned goods must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date we originally shipped to you. If you bought the item(s) at one of our stores/kiosks/festivals then you only have 7 (seven) days to return the item(s). You may take your item(s) back to any store for a refund. DO NOT take any item bought from our website or catalog back to one of our kiosks or festival booths (unless the items are sold at that particuliar kiosk or booth).
Please NOTE: The following items CANNOT be returned at all, once they have been opened. Airsoft and paintball guns. You MUST send them directly to the manufacturer while they are under warranty. We do not carry any warranty on any goods, except for our return period. Clothing, uniforms, shoes, boots are unable to be accepted for returns if they have been worn or show any signs of wear.
Once we receive an item, and determine that we cannot take it back. We will contact you. You MUST send a pre-paid shipping label to us immediately so that we may return the item(s) back to you. We do not send rejected items back without your pre-paid label. Your item(s) will be held for no longer than 60 days, after that period, you are hereby waiving any rights and claims to that property.
NOTE: We physically inspect each and every item for defects (except for sealed items), broken and/or missing parts prior to shipping them to our customers. That way, our customers can rest assure that their orders are exactly what they expect - 100% right the first time.
We ship Via
United States Postal Service Priority Mail (unless the item si too large, then we will ship via UPS). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. All packages must be signed for upon delivery. Please state prior to finishing your order that you do not wish to sign for package upon delivery. If orders are unable to be shipped, due to being out of stock, we will notify you via email or postcard. You will then have the opportunity to continue with the order or cancel all or part of it at that time.
Every now and then, we will get really backed up in our shipping process due to large amount of orders coming in at once. In order to catch up, some customers orders are pushed back unknowkingly. If for any reason your order is not shipped within 15 business days from the date you order, then we will pay any and all shipping charges to your address. offer does not include special orders or payments made by check.
Special Orders
We gladly accept any special orders. If the item comes from another country, please allow sufficient time for the item(s) to be sent. Special order items are normally considered, but not limited to the following: Suits of armor; sepecialy swords; airsoft weapons; paintball guns; nightvision goggles; high-powered binoculars; limited quanitity models; customized shields, lances, and banner flags. Some items can come pretty fast, whiles others take a bit longer. We will keep you updated via email or postcard as to the status of your special order. Please be aware that there are additional shipping fees for some of these items due to their size and weight.
Back Orders
We try to keep all itmes in stock. Unfortunately, due to the cost or availablity of some items, this is not always possible. For items that would normally be instock, but currently out of, we will automatically place any order for that item on backorder for you, unless you state otherwise. Normal restocking time is less than 2 weeks. If you placed a multiple item order, we will go ahead any ship all instock items to you right away. You will not pay any additional shipping and handling charges, except for the inital placement of the order (unless the item is a special order item).

This includes the release of said persons from any liability that may cause injuries, harm to, or damages. You also agree that you are the sole person responsible for meeting and and all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the ownership or possession of said purchased items. We highly advise you to ask your local law enforcement agencies for the latest laws pertaining to any weapon you wish to purchase prior to doing so. We are not responisble for any apprehensions of any person(s) in possession of any item that is against federal, state, or local laws in their respective area.
