You also agree that if any such suit was to come forth, that you will pay for all court costs, legal costs, and/or penalties that may be imposed on behalf of AncientTimes Online.com or Ancient Times, or its employees, officers, relatives, or its heirs.

RETURNED CHECKS

We will gladly accept personal checks. But due to a rampant rise of returned checks, we are instituting a 2 week hold policy. We will hold your order for 2 weeks after depositing your check, to help ensure that it does clear. If a check does come back, due to any reason, we will impose a $35 return check fee. All checks must have name, address, phone number, drivers license on it. Also, a copy of a drivers license is required. All information must match.

CREDIT CARDS

We will gladly accept Visa and/or Mastercard as payment. But due to high cost and rampany theft, we have to institute a credit card policy. Our priority is to protect all of our clients, by ensuring that they are the legit user of any credit card used to a place an order with us. After placing an order with us, we will always verify that the information giving to us is the proper information registered with the card. This is done, through the means telephone confirmation and via the issueing banks credit card security check. Once all information is confirmed, your order will be immediately processed. We do not wish to inconvience any customer, but we do want to help cut down on internet theft. We hope you understand and appreciate this policy.
